A Professional Job Fair has been organized by the Traverse City Michigan Works Office and will be happening from 10am to 1pm.

Workforce Connection Belvidere Career Expo & Job Fair on February 2

Chrysler is on a hiring spree and recently announced plans to add 1,600 jobs at their assembly plant in Illinois. They are expanding a 3rd shift at the Illinois plant and the additional hiring will be used to staff the shift. The plant will be producing the Dodge Dart including the Jeep Compass and Jeep Patriot. The recruitment process for the additional workers is currently underway while the actual beginning date for the new hires will be in July 2012.
